The New Hope Community is being built around a simple idea:

We are looking for people from different backgrounds, professions and experiences who are willing to contribute to this conversation.
You don't have to have all the answers.

You don't need a specific title or position.
What matters is your willingness to listen, share your experience, respect different perspectives and put the needs of first responders and their families at the centre of the conversation.
We believe meaningful change happens when people with different experiences, knowledge and perspectives are willing to come together.

You may have professional experience.
You may have lived experience.
You may have spent years supporting first responders, frontline workers and their families.
You may be researching these issues, teaching future frontline professionals, developing programs, working within healthcare or support systems, or bringing experience in areas such as workplace practices, law, policy, government or organizational change.
